Tulkarm - Saba:

The Zionist enemy forces on Monday continued their aggression on the city and camp of Tulkarm, for the eighth consecutive day, amidst the deployment of more of their military vehicles, raiding and vandalizing homes, forcing their residents to flee, and arresting young Palestinians.

The Palestinian News Agency reported that the occupation forces raided at dawn today the homes of citizens in the Ezbet al-Tayah suburb south of Tulkarm city, and arrested five young brothers, as well as a citizen from his home in the city.

The occupation forces continue to besiege the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital and the Israa Specialized Hospital, obstructing the work of ambulances and their medical crews, and subjecting them to search and field investigation, while turning the surrounding buildings into military barracks and places for their snipers.

The occupation forces continue to deploy more of their vehicles to the city and its camp from the "Tsan'oz" military camp west of Tulkarm, and deploying large numbers of infantry patrols in the streets and neighborhoods and in the middle of the vegetable market, and combing and searching between the homes and alleys and harassing the citizens.

The occupation forces escalated their violations against citizens in the city and its camp, through a series of attacks that included raiding homes, expelling their owners, vandalizing and stealing their contents, blowing up and destroying a number of them, in addition to restricting movement, while seizing commercial and residential buildings and turning them into military barracks and sniper locations.

On Sunday evening, the occupation forces destroyed a number of vegetable stalls in the middle of Tulkarm market, located on the sides of the sidewalks, terrorizing their owners and trying to crush them.

In Tulkarm camp, the occupation forces continued to deploy large numbers of infantry soldiers in all its neighborhoods and alleys, raiding homes and expelling their residents, seizing tall buildings and turning them into sniper platforms and firing at citizens, which led to the injury of a citizen (40 years old) by the bullets of the occupation soldiers' sniper stationed inside one of these buildings.

The occupier continues the large-scale evacuation of citizens from their homes in the camp, extending to the Al-Ghanem and Al-Madaris neighborhoods, in addition to the club, Al-Shuhada, Al-Matar, and Abu Al-Foul neighborhoods, forcing them to leave the camp towards the city.

Tulkarm camp is living in the midst of this unprecedented ongoing escalation, amidst difficult humanitarian conditions, after the occupation bulldozers completely and partially destroyed homes and shops, and blew up a number of them and burned others, coinciding with the complete destruction of the infrastructure, which led to the interruption of water, electricity, communications, and the Internet, and it has become difficult for specialized crews from the municipality and others to reach them to repair them due to the occupation preventing them from entering the camp.

The situation of citizens who are still in their homes, including the elderly, the sick, women, and children, has also worsened due to the severe shortage of food, medical supplies, drinking water, and baby milk.

On Sunday evening, the Red Crescent crews were able to rescue the elderly Abdul Karim Al-Awfi from Tulkarm camp, after he remained inside his home for seven days without water or food, due to the ongoing Israeli aggression, and get him out of the camp.

In addition, the occupation forces stormed the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, near Al-Shaheed Hospital, yesterday evening, and detained the crews inside, prevented the field crews from entering it, and closed the doors of the society on those inside and prevented them from performing their humanitarian duty.

Earlier, the occupation forces assaulted the disaster risk management team of the society while it was trying to evacuate two elderly women, one of whom has a motor disability, from inside Tulkarm camp, in a coordinated humanitarian mission. It also detained two of its crews while they were doing humanitarian work inside the Al-Muqata'a neighborhood in the camp.
