Moscow - Saba:
Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" abroad Musa Abu Marzouq has confirmed that the movement's delegation will discuss in Moscow the issue of prisoner exchange with the Zionist enemy.
Abu Marzouq, who is visiting Moscow at the head of Hamas delegation, told "Novosti" agency Monday "This is a visit at the official invitation of the Russian Foreign Ministry. We have many topics that we would like to discuss with the leadership of the ministry."
Abu Marzouq added "We need Russia to participate in the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and Moscow should be present in this process and play its role, and this is very important to us."
Abu Marzouq expected Moscow to send humanitarian aid to the Strip and contribute to the reconstruction process.
He considered that the agreement signed between Hamas and the Zionist enemy in Qatar was convincing to the movement, which prompted it to agree to it, adding that "this agreement was presented after the Security Council resolution, and the movement agreed to it and the enemy rejected it on March 23, and since that date the movement has been determined to implement the agreement as it was at that time."
Hamas leader confirmed that the Zionist enemy had objected to this agreement from the beginning, and began a military operation in Rafah and destroyed what it destroyed there, and closed the crossing between Egypt and the Gaza Strip and destroyed it, then moved to the north according to the well-known "generals' plan."
He explained that the enemy authorities, which had refused to sign any understandings with Hamas, were finally forced, last January, to agree to what they had rejected more than nine months ago.
Abu Marzouq ruled out the return of the Zionist enemy army to war again, "not because the Zionist army loves peace, but I rule out that the army will go to battle in order to kill its prisoners, and therefore it must go to the second deal and pay the price in exchange for the release of the soldiers."
