The Zionist enemy forces continued to commit crimes and violations against Palestinians and their property in the West Bank during January 2025, including killings, destruction of public and private property, arrests, threats and other crimes.
According to the Palestine Information Center (PIC), in a report published on Wednesday, the number of violations it monitored in the West Bank and Jerusalem amounted to (5769) violations.
During the past month, enemy forces killed (62) Palestinian citizens in the West Bank and occupied Quds, (36) of them martyred since the start of the military campaign on January 21.
The number of injuries reached (281) injured by enemy forces and settlers, including women, children and the elderly, while the number of shooting operations carried out by occupation soldiers and settlers amounted to (238).
House demolitions and the destruction of infrastructure and citizens' property by enemy vehicles have also escalated, with more than 100 houses and structures completely and partially demolished in Jenin camp.
The camp is living in difficult humanitarian conditions, with water and electricity cuts, severe shortages of food and basic needs for women , children, and the suspension of schools and health services in the camp.
The enemy forces also continued their settlement activities in several areas of the West Bank, where the number of settlement activities amounted to (24) settlement activities, which varied between confiscating and bulldozing lands, building roads and approving the construction of settlement units; while settlers committed (245) assaults were documented.
The number of attacks on places of worship and holy sites amounted to (21) attacks, and the number of roads and areas that were closed (664) areas, while the number of fixed and temporary checkpoints in various areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem amounted to (694) checkpoints.
