Gaza - Saba:
The Zionist occupation authorities are preventing the wife of the dean of Palestinian prisoners, Nael Barghouti, and the family of prisoner Khalil Abu al-Rub, from traveling to Egypt to receive their relatives who are scheduled to be released on Saturday, Palestinian sources said on Friday.
The Palestinian Information Center quoted the Prisoners' Information Office affiliated with the Hamas movement as saying in a statement: "The occupation intelligence is preventing the wife of the dean of prisoners, the captive leader Nael Barghouti (Abu al-Nour), from traveling as she was heading to Egypt to receive her husband who will be released tomorrow in the Free Flood deal."
The statement added: "The occupation intelligence is preventing the family of prisoner Ashraf Khalil Hussein Abu al-Rub from traveling to meet their son who is deported to Egypt."
The prisoners Nael Barghouti and Ashraf Abu al-Rub are among the prisoners deported from Palestine, and their families reside in the occupied West Bank and are scheduled to be released today, Saturday, as part of the seventh batch of the prisoner exchange deal.
Earlier on Friday, the Prisoners' Information Office in the Gaza Strip announced that the Zionist occupation will release 602 Palestinian prisoners today, Saturday, including 50 sentenced to life and 60 sentenced to long terms.
