The Zionist occupation forces late on Friday stormed the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Quds, and clashes erupted with the town's youth and those forces, while the occupation raided the homes of Palestinian prisoners in the occupied West Bank.
These prisoners are supposed to be released on Saturday, as part of the seventh batch of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, and the Zionist occupation forces sabotaged the preparations made by the residents to receive the released prisoners.
In Tulkarm, the Zionist occupation forces sent military reinforcements to the city of Tulkarm and its two camps, Tulkarm and Nour Shams, last night, amid the installation of checkpoints on the main streets.
Local Palestinian sources said that the occupation forces increased their presence in various streets and intersections of the city, and set up checkpoints there, specifically Nablus Street, Shuwaika Roundabout, and Shahid Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital Street. They stopped citizens’ vehicles, searched them, checked the identities of their passengers, abused them, and assaulted a number of them.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its crews transferred a young Palestinian man to the hospital after the Zionist occupation soldiers severely beat him while he was in the vicinity of Al-Jaroun roundabout in the northern neighborhood of the city.
The Zionist occupation forces continue their tight siege on the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, and deploy their foot patrols in the streets and neighborhoods, amidst their raids on homes, coinciding with the heavy firing of live ammunition, as they continue to seize three residential buildings on Nablus Street opposite Tulkarm camp.
Palestinian media reported that the Zionist occupation forces continued their policy of daily raids on cities and towns in the West Bank, accompanied by arrests, assaults on Palestinian citizens, and vandalism of public and private property.
They indicated that the occupation forces stormed at dawn today, Saturday, the town of Beit Awwa, west of Dura, south of the city of Hebron, the town of Idhna, northwest of Hebron, and the village of Silwad, north of Ramallah.
Local Palestinian sources said that the Zionist occupation forces stormed the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Quds, adding that clashes erupted in the town between young men and the storming forces.
