The Executive Office in Al-Qafr District in Ibb Governorate held a meeting chaired by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development, Jamal Al-Alawi, to discuss ways to enhance the performance of Al-Qafr Agricultural Cooperative Society.
The meeting dealt with the mechanism of activating the association, the role of the concerned authorities in the success of its tasks, as well as training and qualifying development knights to stimulate community initiatives. Undersecretary Al-Alawi stressed the need to unify efforts to activate the association and overcome the challenges it faces.
They also discussed the role of community initiatives in supporting development, and the importance of exploiting the agricultural resources available in the directorate, especially cereal cultivation and beekeeping, in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development.
