Sana'a - Saba:
The Customs Authority in Sana'a concluded the ninth and tenth training courses on the program and services of the single window system for customs clearance, with the participation of 80 trainees from customs brokers and company representatives.
The courses included theoretical and practical lectures to familiarize participants with how to deal with the Yemeni Single Window and use its electronic system, as part of the first phase of the training of 400 cadres, while preparations are underway for the second phase targeting 600 other trainees.
The single window system is a qualitative shift in customs work, as it integrates all concerned parties into one platform to speed up procedures, which enhances the partnership between the public and private sectors.
The course included topics on the legal framework, technology used, operational procedures, document preparation, technical support, and practical application of the system.
