Gaza - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" confirmed today, Saturday, that extending the first phase of the ceasefire agreement in the formula proposed by the Zionist enemy is rejected.
Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem said in a statement to Al-Arabiya TV that there are currently no negotiations with Hamas regarding the second phase, adding that "the occupation bears responsibility for not starting negotiations on the second phase of the Gaza agreement."
Qassem added that "the occupation wants to recover its prisoners with the possibility of resuming the aggression on the Strip, and that it is evading the commitment to ending the war and completely withdrawing from Gaza."
He stressed, "The occupation is trying to return things to square one by shuffling the cards."
