The International Red Cross warned of the dangers of the collapse of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, stressing that the agreement "saved countless lives and provided a glimmer of hope amid unimaginable suffering."
The President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Mirjana Spoljaric, stressed in a statement that any reversal of the progress made over the past six weeks could push people back into despair, calling for all efforts to ensure the continuation of the ceasefire.
