The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Thursday, that the "Central" group of forces has liberated the town of Andriivka in Donetsk.
The enemy's losses in the area under the group's responsibility amounted to approximately 590 soldiers on the last day.
In its daily report, according to Russia Today, the total daily losses of the Ukrainian army across various fronts reached about 1,270 soldiers.
Key points from the Russian Ministry of Defense report:
- The enemy lost about 25 soldiers in the Kharkov axis at the hands of the "Northern" group of forces.
- The "Western" group of forces improved their tactical position in Kharkov region, with Ukrainian losses exceeding 200 soldiers.
- The "Southern" group of forces took control of more advantageous positions in Donetsk, inflicting losses of about 230 soldiers on the enemy.
- The "Eastern" group of forces continued advancing deep into enemy defenses, striking enemy troops and equipment in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia, with losses to the Ukrainian army amounting to about 155 soldiers.
- The "Dnieper" group inflicted losses on enemy troops and equipment in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, with the enemy losing about 70 soldiers.
- Damage to military airport infrastructure, substation electrical plants used by the Ukrainian army, drone storage sites, missile and artillery weapon depots, and temporary deployment points for Ukrainian forces and foreign mercenaries in 154 areas.
- The downing of four American-made JDAM guided bombs, three shells from HIMARS and "Uragan" rocket systems, and 67 drones, including two that were destroyed over the Crimea Peninsula and the Black Sea this morning.
