The General Command of the Lebanese Army announced on Monday that one of its soldiers was shot by the Zionist enemy forces while he was in civilian clothes on the outskirts of the town of Kafr Shuba on the southern border, which led to his injury, and then he was taken into the occupied Palestinian territories.
In a statement cited by the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA), the LAF emphasized that this attack comes in the context of a series of increasing Zionist violations against Lebanese citizens, the latest of which was the shooting yesterday of a soldier in the town of Kafr Kila - Marjayoun, which led to his martyrdom, in conjunction with the occupation's continued violations of Lebanon's sovereignty and security.
