Researcher Ali Abdulrahman Al-Wadi received a master's degree from the Center for Public Administration at Sana'a University for his thesis titled "The Impact of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction among Commercial Sector Employees at the Public Telecommunications Corporation".
The discussion and judging committee, headed by Dr. Munther Ishaq, supervisor, and consisting of Dr. Hamid Al-Mikhlafi, external discussant, and Dr. Khalid Al-Qaidani, internal discussant, praised the content of the thesis and the results reached by the researcher, and recommended the Ministry of Communications , Telecom General Corporation to print the thesis and benefit from it to improve the quality of job performance.
The discussion was attended by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Mohammed Al-Mahdi and the Executive Director of Telecom General Corporation Eng. Sadiq Muslih.
