Zionist opposition leader Yair Lapid called for protests against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following the renewed war on Gaza.
In statements this morning, Wednesday, Lapid said, "The Netanyahu government has no red lines, and the only solution is for an entire nation to unite and say 'enough.'"
The American Wall Street Journal reported that popular Zionist support for the war in Gaza has declined with the renewed fighting, and that many Zionists feel that only a negotiated settlement will bring about the return of the prisoners alive.
Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Israeli police beat demonstrators protesting the resumption of fighting in Gaza last night.
