Egypt reiterated its absolute and categorical rejection of any attempt to displace the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip, whether by force or by choice, to any location outside it.

The Egyptian State Information Service clarified in a statement on Monday that these attempts represent a liquidation of the Palestinian cause and an imminent threat to Egyptian national security, stressing its complete rejection of any allegations circulating in some media outlets regarding linking Egypt's acceptance of these "categorically rejected" displacement attempts to economic aid being provided to the country.

It affirmed that its position on the Palestinian cause is firm and unwavering, and that it categorically rejects the displacement project proposed since the start of the aggression on Gaza.
