The Russian Defense Ministry announced that its forces had eliminated 260 Ukrainian soldiers over the past 24 hours on the Kursk Axis.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement that units of the Russian Northern Group continued their offensive operations targeting Ukrainian assault brigade formations in the areas of Gogolevka, Guyevo, Gornal, Givo, and Oleshnia, repelling three Ukrainian army counterattacks.
The statement added that a tank, an infantry fighting vehicle, three armored combat vehicles, several artillery pieces, and two drone control centers were also destroyed.
