Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador for Special Missions at the Russian Foreign Ministry, declared that the Ukrainian attack on journalists and local residents in Luhansk was deliberate and terrorist.
In statements via his Telegram channel, Miroshnik explained that new details indicate that journalists were deliberately targeted by Ukrainian forces.
He noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had issued orders to ignore any rules, targeting known residential areas and monitoring journalists.
Ukrainian artillery shelling killed six people, including three journalists, in Luhansk.
