Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi reaffirmed Egypt’s firm rejection of any attempts to displace Palestinians from their land on Tuesday.
According to a statement from the Egyptian presidency, President El-Sisi received a phone call from Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, during which they discussed Egypt’s efforts to secure a ceasefire as well as the situation in Syria and Lebanon.
Both leaders strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip, stressing the urgent need for an immediate ceasefire and an end to the Zionist ground incursion into the enclave. They also underscored the necessity of ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
