Gaza - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) emphasized that the crimes of the Zionist enemy against our children are not subject to a statute of limitations, calling for the prosecution of its leaders and its inclusion in the "list of shame".
The movement said in a press statement today, Saturday, on the occasion of "Palestinian Children's Day", "Palestinian Children's Day (April 5) falls this year in light of a genocidal war and continuous Zionist aggression, during which the occupation committed thousands of crimes against Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds. In Gaza Strip, about 19,000 children have been martyred, more than 1,100 children have been arrested, and about 39,000 children have lost one or both parents, while famine, malnutrition and diseases threaten the lives of hundreds of them."
It pointed out that "impunity encourages the enemy to escalate its crimes against innocent Palestinian children, in light of international inaction, which is a stain on the record of human rights and humanitarian organizations." It called on "the United Nations and governments to criminalize the occupation and activate its inclusion in the "list of shame" for perpetrators of crimes against children.
