The US capital, Washington, witnessed a mass demonstration attended by thousands of activists and members of the Palestinian, Arab, and Islamic communities from most states.
They protested the criminal war waged by the Israeli entity against the Palestinians and pressured the administration of President Donald Trump to rein in the extremist right-wing Israeli government, which continues its crimes.
According to the Palestinian WAFA News Agency, during the demonstration, which is considered one of the largest since October 2023, the activists expressed their rejection of the arrest and persecution of students who support Palestinian rights at American universities and the need to end US military and financial support for the occupying state, which contributes to the continuation of the "genocide" in Gaza.
