Today, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai, inspected the level of job discipline in the Ministry's headquarters and a number of affiliated departments and institutions, coinciding with the first day of official work.
The Minister listened to reports from specialists regarding the progress of work and the extent of employee commitment, emphasizing that job discipline is a fundamental pillar for improving performance and providing effective services to citizens.
He emphasized the need to strengthen the culture of institutional work and administrative discipline, while also redoubling efforts to implement agricultural and fisheries plans to achieve food security and contribute to the development of the national economy.
He emphasized the continuation of field monitoring to ensure compliance, noting that the current phase requires intensified efforts to maintain the continuity of institutions, considering discipline and service provision a sacred national duty.
