Muscat, Oman:
Indirect talks between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America began in the Omani capital, Muscat.

According to the Islamic Republic News Agency, the Iranian delegation is headed by Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, while US President Donald Trump's Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, is leading the talks on the American side.
