The funeral ceremony for martyr Ahmed Ali Mohammed al-Faqih was held on Saturday in the capital Sana'a. Martyr al-Faqih was martyred while fulfilling his duty in defense of Yemen, as part of the ongoing "Promised Victory and Holy Jihad" battle.
The funeral procession was led by Marib First undersecretary Mohammed Alwan and was attended by a number of local authority figures, tribal leaders, social personalities, as well as the martyr's family and relatives.
Mourners honored the martyr's virtues, his patriotic stance, and his sacrifices in confronting the "American-Zionist aggression."
Following the funeral prayers, the body of martyr Ahmed al-Faqih was taken to his hometown for burial in the Martyrs' Cemetery in the Harib al-Qaramish district of Marib province.
