Gaza – Saba:
The British newspaper The Guardian, citing an intelligence source, has reported the alleged involvement of Golani Forces, led by General Yehuda Wach, in the killing of Palestinian paramedics in Rafah.
This report contradicts the Israeli army's preliminary investigation, which denied that the paramedics were executed or killed at close range. The Israeli investigation claimed that the paramedics' vehicles stopped near a resistance vehicle after it was targeted, and that their forces perceived a threat despite the paramedics being unarmed.
However, The New York Times reportedly obtained a video clip from the phone of one of the paramedics, discovered in a mass grave in Rafah, which appears to contradict the Israeli narrative of the incident.
According to The New York Times, the video clearly shows the ambulances and fire truck transporting the 14 paramedics and civil defense personnel. The newspaper further noted that the vehicles' emergency lights were activated when they were targeted by Israeli forces.
