The Zionist enemy forces forced on Saturday more than 800 Palestinians, including women and children, to evacuate residential buildings near Tulkarm camp in the northern West Bank, before seizing them and turning them into military barracks.
The enemy forces continue their wide-scale aggression against the city and its two camps for the third month amid an escalation in destruction, house invasions and displacement of residents.
The enemy forces also invaded the city of Tulkarm with vehicles , armored vehicles, and stationed in the vicinity of Al-Salam roundabout in the eastern neighborhood, where they carried out searches of vehicles and checked the identities of citizens, in conjunction with the arrival of additional reinforcements to the two camps amid gunfire and the sound of explosions, especially in Nour Shams camp.
The Media Committee indicated that the siege on Nur Shams camp continues, amid raids and searches of houses in the Mahjar neighborhood, with young men detained and subjected to field interrogation, and in Tulkarm camp, soldiers deployed in Abu al-Foul neighborhood and carried out searches and combing operations, including firing flares over the camp's sky.
The committee noted that the enemy completely destroyed 396 houses and partially destroyed 2,573 houses in the two camps, in addition to closing their entrances and alleys completely with earth mounds, which exacerbated the suffering of the residents and increased the severity of the catastrophic humanitarian conditions in the area.
