Sana'a - Saba:

A meeting was held on Sunday in the capital Sana'a, chaired by Engineer Abdulrahman al-Hadrami, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, to discuss the Corporation's performance report for the year 2024.

The meeting, attended by the Corporation's general managers, assessed the level of achievement in projects funded by various sources throughout the past year, comparing it to the performance in 2023. They also reviewed the projects currently being implemented under this year's plan.

During the session, Engineer al-Hadrami addressed several key aspects of the Corporation's performance in the context of the ongoing conflict, which he stated the "American enemy" is using to try and deter the Yemeni people from supporting Gaza.

He commended the dedication of the Corporation's engineers and staff, whose efforts have resulted in a high level of work, achievement, and quality despite limited resources.

Engineer al-Hadrami emphasized the Corporation's resilience in the face of the past ten years of conflict, highlighting its continued implementation of projects and numerous accomplishments that have significantly helped alleviate the suffering of citizens.

He also stressed the importance of taking necessary precautionary measures to safeguard the Corporation's assets, including machinery, equipment, and transportation, in light of the "American aggression."

Engineer al-Hadrami urged a renewed commitment to effort at all levels within the Corporation, including general administrations, branches, projects, and maintenance centers in the governorates. He underscored the importance of individual responsibility and ensuring the timely and proper completion of all tasks and activities.
