The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, on Monday, considered the storming of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque by settlers a renewed violation of its sanctity and an attempt to Judaize it.
The movement said in a statement: "The settlers' storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound this morning, under the protection of enemy forces, and their performance of Talmudic rituals, is a renewed violation of the sanctity of the mosque and a continuation of the enemy government's terrorist attempts to Judaize Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem."
Hamas called on the Palestinian people, especially in Jerusalem, the occupied territories, and the occupied West Bank, to intensify their presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque, confront settlers' attempts to impose a Judaization regime there, and escalate clashes with the enemy army and its terrorist settlers.
Arab and Islamic countries called on governments, peoples, and institutions, most notably the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to take urgent action to halt the enemy's violations and crimes against the Palestinian people and to intervene to protect Al-Aqsa Mosque from the major threats surrounding it.
