Gaza - Saba
The Joint Committee for Palestinian Refugees warned of campaigns targeting the displacement of Gaza residents through social media and direct text messages, describing them as an attempt to implement a Zionist plan to empty the Strip of its residents.
The committee confirmed in a statement that Zionist security services are communicating with citizens and inviting them to meetings with officers to promote the idea of emigration and force them to sign documents waiving their right of return.
The committee stressed that these practices are part of a comprehensive war to forcibly displace Gaza residents under a false humanitarian cover.
The committee called on Palestinians to cling to their land, reject any displacement attempts, and not respond to suspicious messages. It also demanded the opening of the Rafah crossing for free movement and called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in protecting the rights of refugees and implementing relevant international resolutions.
