Hebron - Saba:
Israeli forces demolished two homes, five barracks, and a water well in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the West Bank, on Tuesday.
The Palestinian WAFA News Agency reported that Israeli forces, backed by bulldozers and armored personnel carriers, demolished a two-story house, measuring 170 square meters per floor, owned by Hashem Ibrahim al-Atmeen in the village of al-Zweidin in Masafer Yatta, which housed 13 people. They also demolished the 190-square-meter home of Khalil Ramadan al-Atmeen, which housed 14 people.
The report added that the Israeli
enemy forces also demolished five barracks, a sheep pen, and a water well belonging to the al-Atmeen family.
According to the Palestinian Commission for Wall and Settlement Resistance, the Israeli occupation authorities carried out 58 demolition operations last March, targeting 87 facilities, including 39 inhabited homes, 6 uninhabited homes, 26 agricultural facilities, and others. The demolition operations were concentrated in the Nablus governorate, with 15 facilities demolished, followed by the Tulkarm governorate with 13 facilities, Quds with 19 facilities, and Salfit with 15 facilities.
