Sana'a - (Saba):
On this day, June 9, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression launched dozens of airstrikes on various governorates, resulting in deaths and injuries and widespread destruction of public and private property.
On June 9, 2015, three citizens were killed, four others were injured, and several homes were destroyed and many others damaged as a result of the aggression's airstrikes on the Bayt al-Dhafif area in the Hamdan district of Sana'a Governorate.
Three women were killed in airstrikes targeting citizens' homes in the Maran area of the Haydan district of Saada Governorate. Airstrikes targeted several oil tankers in the al-Mahadhir area of the Sahar district, carrying farmers' diesel fuel. An airstrike also targeted the al-Manzalah area of the Dhaher district.
Three citizens were also killed and five others were injured in airstrikes on the Jabal al-Arir area in the city of al-Qa'idah in the Dhi al-Sufal district of Ibb Governorate.
The aggression's air force targeted the Al-Madajir area in Al-Qa'ida city and the main road linking the governorates of Ibb and Taiz with two airstrikes, causing damage to the road.
Three civilians were killed and six others were injured in airstrikes on the Al-Ari area in the city of Taiz. Two airstrikes were launched southeast of the port of Mokha, causing extensive damage to civilian property and homes.
The aggression's air force launched three airstrikes on a gas station in the Mustaba district of Hajjah governorate and targeted the historic Al-Ardi Defense Complex in the capital, Sana'a, which dates back 500 years. This resulted in extensive damage to large parts of the complex and to several civilian homes in the Old City of Sana'a.
Four civilians, including two children and a woman, were killed in an airstrike on the Al-Yatima area in the Khab and Al-Sha'af district of Jawf governorate.
On June 9, 2016, the aggression's air force launched an airstrike on the Harib Nihm area on the western outskirts of Marib Governorate, as well as on Mount Haylan and the Al-Mukhdara area in Sirwah District. Meanwhile, mercenaries' artillery shelling targeted civilian homes and farms.
The aggression's mercenaries launched a missile attack on the Bani Bariq area in the Nihm District of Sana'a Governorate, and in Taiz Governorate, they shelled various areas in Al-Wazi'iyah and the city of Dhubab with heavy and medium weapons.
The aggression's air force dropped a sound bomb in the Harf Sufyan District of Amran Governorate and launched an airstrike on the Al-Qabaita District of Lahj Governorate.
On June 9, 2017, three children and a woman were killed, and four others, including two women and a child, were injured in an airstrike launched by the aggression's air force on the home of Rashad Muhammad Al-Mahdi in the Al-Qubari neighborhood in Al-Khamsin in the Bayt Bous area of Sana'a Governorate. The airstrike also destroyed the home and damaged neighboring houses.
Three civilians were injured in a hostile airstrike targeting their car on the main road in the Al-Yatmah area of Khab wa Ash-Sha'af District in Jawf Governorate.
In Saada Governorate, the aggression's air force launched six airstrikes on Al-Buqa' in Kitaf District, two airstrikes on a school in the Al-Malahiz area of Al-Dhaher District, two airstrikes on Al-Aqaba in the Maran area of Haydan District, two airstrikes on the road linking Haydan and Al-Dhaher, five airstrikes on the Mandaba area of Baqim District, and one airstrike on Takhiya in Majz District.
The aggression's air force targeted Haradh District in Hajjah Governorate with four airstrikes, causing damage to civilian property. Two airstrikes were also launched on Sirwah District in Marib Governorate. Meanwhile, mercenaries shelled civilian homes and farms in the district with artillery, causing damage to their property.
In Sana'a Governorate, enemy aircraft launched two airstrikes on the Al-Taba Al-Sawda and Al-Hawl areas in Nihm District, three airstrikes on the Yahyis area in Arhab District, and three airstrikes on the Al-Sawad area in Sanhan District, causing damage to civilian property. Several civilian homes in the Dabou'a area in Nihm District were also damaged by artillery shelling from the coalition.
Five airstrikes targeted the Al-Nahdain area and the Presidential Palace, and two airstrikes targeted the Attan area in the Sab'een District in the capital, Sana'a. These raids resulted in extensive damage to civilian homes and public and private property.
In Taiz Governorate, airstrikes targeted the Al-Jund area in At-Ta'iziyah District and two airstrikes on the Hawzan area in Dhubab District.
On June 9, 2018, coalition aircraft launched two airstrikes on the Sirwah District in Marib Governorate and five airstrikes on the Al-Maton District in Jawf Governorate, causing damage to civilian homes and farms.
Hostile aircraft launched five raids on Jabal Al-Anein in Jabal Habashi district in Taiz governorate, and six raids on Haradh and Midi districts in Hajjah governorate.
Aggression aircraft targeted the Al-Ammar area in Al-Safra district, launched one raid on the Al-Azhar area in Razih district in Saada governorate, and three raids on Al-Jabana in Al-Hali district in Hodeida governorate.
On June 9, 2019, aggression mercenaries targeted several areas in Hodeida city with dozens of artillery shells and various machine guns. They also shelled the Al-Wahyan and Al-Ittihad hotels and the Al-Dhabiani neighborhood on Al-Khamsin Street with light and medium caliber fire.
The mercenaries fired more than 64 artillery shells, along with heavy and medium machine gun fire, targeting the villages of Al-Zafran, Mahal Al-Sheikh, and the Sabiha Company in the Kilo 16 area in Al-Durayhimi district, causing damage to civilian homes and property.
The mercenaries fired more than 22 artillery shells and used heavy and medium caliber weapons to comb farms and civilian property in the villages of Al-Kaw'i, Al-Shajan, and Al-Khabatiyah in Ad-Durayhimi District.
The coalition's air force launched six raids on various areas in Kitaf District and four raids on Baqim District in Saada Governorate.
On June 9, 2020, the coalition's air force launched a raid on Baqim District in Saada Governorate, five raids on the Majazah area in Asir, and one raid on the Ash-Shurfah area in Najran. Meanwhile, Saudi missile and artillery shelling targeted populated villages in the border district of Razih.
The coalition's air force launched 11 raids on the Salb and Al-Jufrah areas in Majzar District, and ten raids on the Sirwah District in Marib Governorate.
Two airstrikes targeted the Al-Mahashimah area in Khab wa Ash Sha'af district in Jawf governorate. Four airstrikes targeted Haradh district and two airstrikes targeted Midi district in Hajjah governorate.
In Hodeida governorate, mercenaries fired 47 artillery shells and various types of live ammunition at various areas. They targeted a commercial hangar on 50th Street, the Al Waha Hotel in the city, and villages on the outskirts of Ad Durayhimi.
On June 9, 2021, a civilian was injured in Saudi artillery shelling of the Al Raqou area in the border district of Munabbih in Saada governorate. Meanwhile, the coalition launched ten airstrikes on Kitaf district, eight of which targeted Al Far'a district, and one airstrike on Ad Dhaher district.
The coalition's air force launched five airstrikes on the districts of Sirwah and Madghal in Marib governorate.
In Hodeida Governorate, reconnaissance aircraft launched two raids on Ad Durayhimi and Al Jabaliyah. Mercenaries established combat fortifications in the Al Faza and Al Jabaliyah areas of At Tuhayta District, and bombarded several areas with 36 artillery shells and various types of ammunition.
On June 9, 2022, four children were injured by the explosion of a cluster bomb left behind by the aggression in Ad Dhahir District, Saada Governorate.
Reconnaissance aircraft launched five raids on the Al Jadafir area in Jawf Governorate. Mercenaries established combat fortifications around the city of Marib and on the Defense Hill in Jizan.
Mercenary artillery shelled eastern Balq in Marib Governorate, western Haradh in Hajjah Governorate, Al Malaheez, Al Madafin, and Razih in Saada Governorate, and Wadi Jarrah in Jizan.
The aggression's mercenaries fired on civilian homes and various areas in the governorates of Ma'rib, Taiz, Hajjah, Sa'dah, Al Dhale'e, and the border fronts.
In Hodeida Governorate, reconnaissance aircraft launched six raids on the Hays district, and the mercenaries bombed several areas with missiles, artillery, and various types of ammunition.
On June 9, 2023, reconnaissance aircraft launched six raids on the Hays district in Hodeida Governorate. The mercenaries established combat fortifications in Al Jabaliyah and Hays, and bombarded various areas in the governorate with missiles, artillery, and various types of ammunition.
