Occupied Quds – Saba:
The Israeli enemy army acknowledged on Friday the death of an officer and the injury of two soldiers by Palestinian resistance fire in the Gaza Strip.
In a morning statement, a spokesperson for the enemy army said a captain from the "Golani" Brigade was killed by Palestinian resistance fire hours after participating in the booby-trapping of buildings in Khan Younis, south of Gaza.
Later in the evening, the Israeli enemy army announced that two soldiers were wounded by an anti-tank shell fired by the resistance at a tank during a military operation in Jabalia, north of Gaza.
The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported Friday morning that since the breach of the last ceasefire in March, 41 Israeli soldiers have been killed in the Strip, bringing the total since the start of the genocide crime to 890, including 448 during ground operations.
These figures remain unverified, as Hebrew newspapers base their reports on data released by the Israeli entity’s Ministry of Defense, which often withholds the true number of casualties under the pretext of "national security."
