Bayda - Saba:
A meeting held on Monday in Al-Bayda, attended by the province’s deputies, Saleh Al-Joufi and Nasser Al-Wahbi, discussed the performance of the public , private health sectors in the province , their compliance with approved guidelines and standards.
The meeting, which included the Director of the Health Office in Rada’a, Dr. Mohammed Al-Hubsi, and the Director of Pharmaceutical Facilities, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Marisi, emphasized the importance of correcting the conditions of health facilities to ensure oversight of their adherence to health standards, whether for medical facilities or pharmacies.
The attendees also stressed the need to enhance oversight of medical facilities, regulate the prices of services and medicines, and raise community awareness about improper medication practices. They highlighted the importance of coordination among relevant authorities and enforcing legal regulations against violators to ensure pharmacies , medical institutions comply with approved standards and guidelines.
Meanwhile, the province’s deputies, Saleh Al-Joufi and Nasser Al-Wahbi, reviewed the level of medical and treatment services provided to citizens at Al-Arsh Rural Hospital and the health center in Azzan area of the district.
The deputies, along with the Director of Rada’a Central Hospital, Dr. Ali Jaroun, heard from the Director of the District Health Office, Dr. Ali Al-Juraidi, and the Director of Al-Arsh Rural Hospital, Dr. Tawfiq Jahish, an explanation about the level of services and the hospital’s needs for medicines, medical supplies, rehabilitation, and training.
The deputies praised the efforts of the medical and administrative staff at the hospital and health center, affirming the province’s leadership’s commitment to supporting the health sector and improving its efficiency to alleviate citizens' suffering and enhance the quality of treatment services.
