The Tax and Customs Authority, represented by the Executive Unit for Taxation of Large Taxpayers, organized a specialized tax seminar on Monday on the "Procedural Guide for the Deduction and Addition System."
During the seminar, Jamil Al-Sharjabi, Director General of the Executive Unit for Taxation of Large Taxpayers, emphasized that the event aligns with the directives of the Authority’s leadership to enhance tax performance and elevate its standards.
Al-Sharjabi highlighted the key topics discussed at the seminar, which was held under the patronage of Dr. Ibrahim Mahdi, Acting President of the Authority, and attended by officials and auditors from the technical sectors of the Executive Unit for Large Taxpayers.
He noted that the seminar is part of the Authority’s programs aimed at improving the efficiency of tax and customs personnel and strengthening partnerships with the business sector to enhance performance and develop institutional workflows.
Shawqi Al-Hubub, Deputy Director of Deduction and Addition, presented a session on the Procedural Guide for the Deduction and Addition System, introducing the manual and its key aspects.
