CHICAGO August 21. 2024 (Saba) - Dozens of activists in the city of Chicago in the US state of Illinois continued to demonstrate throughout the city, and in front of the headquarters of the Democratic National Conference, to denounce the Israeli aggression on Gaza, and to express their rejection of the unprecedented support for the occupying state.
According to the Palestinian News Agency today, thousands demonstrated in front of the Zionist consulate to protest the continuation of the aggression on the Gaza Strip for the tenth consecutive month, where the local police arrested dozens of them.
Activists from labor and human rights organizations and leftist associations pursued members of the Democratic National Conference during their movements and participation in the conference activities, to pressure them to take urgent action to stop the war in the Gaza Strip, and to stop sending weapons to the occupying state, which is using them to practice "genocide" against the Palestinians.
