Hajjah - Saba:
A meeting in Hajjah, chaired by Governor Hilal Al-Sufi, discussed on Sunday the level of resource collection during the period July-October 2024.
In the meeting, which included the directors of the revenue offices, Director of Financial Resources Fahad Al-Habashi reviewed the level of collection of financial resources during the mentioned period and the level of the deficit of the link and offset, as well as the imbalances and ways to address them.
He reviewed the directives of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Administration, Local and Rural Development regarding what has been implemented from the recommendations of the committee that was assigned during the last period to go to the executive offices and directorates to assess the level of resource collection and service delivery.
At the meeting, the governor stressed the importance of redoubling efforts and sensing responsibility in addressing shortcomings and correcting any imbalances that negatively affect the level of resources and deficits in the province's budget.
He stressed the need to implement the committee's recommendations to ensure the development of the level of methods of collection evaluation , supply and provision of services to citizens and simplify the procedures associated with them.
He emphasized the keenness to strengthen the aspects of control over the executive bodies, identify shortcomings and overcome difficulties to achieve the desired goals and strengthen the factors of steadfastness and stability.
