The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced Thursday that the death toll of the genocide in the Gaza Strip has risen to 45,399, most of them children and women, since the beginning of the Zionist-American aggression on October 7, 2023.
The ministry said in its daily report the death toll has risen to 107,940 wounded, since the beginning of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
It added the Zionist enemy forces committed three massacres, resulting in the martyrdom of 38 citizens, and the injury of 137 others.
