Ibb - Saba:
Undersecretary of Ibb province Abdulrahman al-Zakri on Thursday visited al-Saddah district to inspect the progress of several community initiative projects funded by local support and the central emergency development interventions unit.
Accompanied by representative of the interventions unit Eng. Ahmed bin Nayef, al-Zakri reviewed the ongoing work on "Khawal - Jabal al-Tuwaiti" road project, which is a key nine-kilometer route connecting al--Saddah district to al--Sha'ir district.
The two officials also examined other community initiatives currently under development in the district.
During the visit, al-Zakri commended the local community for their involvement in the road projects, which he described as vital lifelines, and encouraged continued efforts in supporting successful service projects.
He also praised the role of the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit in facilitating these initiatives.
Eng. Ahmed bin Nayef emphasized the need to accelerate efforts to complete delayed projects to meet citizens' needs and alleviate their hardships.
He expressed appreciation for the community’s involvement and stressed the importance of making the best use of the support provided for service and development initiatives.
