Deputy Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development Nasser Al-Mihdhar discussed today with the Executive Director of the Emergency Development Interventions Unit at the Ministry, Eng. Shehab Al-Shami, the progress of implementing several service and development projects in Lahj Governorate.
The meeting, which included the Director of the Finance Office in Lahj Governorate, Salim Al-Ghabri, reviewed the tasks and joint work between the Emergency Development Interventions Unit and the Finance Office in the governorate.
He touched on the active role of the Emergency Development Interventions Unit in implementing community initiatives projects of a service and development nature in the governorate, which reflects positively on improving services for citizens and achieving local development.
The Deputy Minister stressed the keenness to coordinate with the concerned authorities to provide support for the implementation of service and development projects in the province. He pointed to the importance of concerted efforts to ensure the implementation of the governorate plan and the projects it contains.
