The governor of the Russian city of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvogaev, announced today, Tuesday, that Russian forces repelled an attempted naval attack by Ukrainian naval drones.
Sputnik Agency quoted Razvogaev as saying via the Telegram application: "The loud sounds heard in the city are because our forces repelled an attempt to attack Ukrainian naval drones. According to initial information, an unmanned boat was destroyed."
Razvogaev later added: "The army is repelling the attack of the Ukrainian Nazis. According to preliminary information, several air targets have already been destroyed in the air over the sea, and a drone boat far from the coast. All equipment has been put on alert." The Ukrainian Armed Forces periodically target populated areas and infrastructure in the border areas, with the aim of sabotaging and spreading terror among citizens.
