Military spokesman for Saraya al-Quds, "Abu Hamza" said Thursday that three days ago, one of their medical teams dealt with an attempted suicide of one of the Zionist Israeli prisoners held by one of the insurance groups.
According to Sama News Agency, Abu Hamza said the medical team succeeded in saving the prisoner's life after he attempted suicide, due to his psychological state after the Netanyahu government set new conditions that led to the failure and delay of negotiations for his release.
Abu Hamza pointed out that the Zionist prisoner who attempted suicide was scheduled to be released as part of the batch of prisoners to whom the conditions and standards of the first stage of the exchange deal apply.
He explained that as a result of this incident, Saraya al-Quds issued a decision to tighten the guard and safety procedures for the prisoners.
