Hind Rajab Foundation filed a lawsuit against an Israeli soldier from the Givati Brigade, accusing him of committing war crimes against civilians in the Gaza Strip.

According to the Israel Today website, the lawsuit was actually filed last week in Argentina, accusing him of committing war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.
