A poll by the Zionist newspaper Maariv revealed today, Friday, that only four percent of settlers believe that Israel has fully achieved the war goals.
The poll reflects a decline in Netanyahu's popularity and weakness in the ruling bloc, with increasing support for the opposition.
It also indicates deep doubts about achieving the war goals and continuing divisions over major political issues such as the conscription law.

The poll showed that with the return of hundreds of thousands of Gaza residents to the northern Gaza Strip, 57% of respondents believe that the war goals have not been fully achieved, and 32% believe that they have not been achieved at all. Only four% believe that the goals have been fully achieved.
The poll said there is growing optimism about the prisoner swap deal being completed, with 36% saying they expect the deal to be completed in full (compared to 28% in the previous poll).
The poll showed that Netanyahu’s coalition government lost further support, winning only 44 seats (compared to 43 seats in the previous poll), while the opposition bloc would win 61 seats without the Arab MKs.
The poll showed that if Naftali Bennett joined as a competitor, the opposition would increase its strength to 66 seats.
When respondents were asked to choose between passing the conscription law or going to new elections, 57% chose elections, compared to only 30% who supported the conscription law.
