Occupied Quds - Saba:
The families of the Israeli prisoners in the Gaza Strip on Saturday accused the Zionist prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and his extremist government of trying to obstruct the exchange deal with Hamas.
Benjamin "Netanyahu is trying to obstruct the prisoner exchange agreement," the Israeli families said at a press conference outside the headquarters of the Zionist enemy's Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv, in response to statement of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich who said the war on Gaza would resume immediately after the end of the first phase of the agreement.
"We, the families who are waiting for the implementation of the next phases of the deal, are very concerned," they added.
"We address another appeal to President (US Donald) Trump that Netanyahu and his ministers are trying to thwart and obstruct the agreement."
"Minister (Bezalel) Smotrich stated that the war will resume immediately after the end of the first stage, but we will not allow them to sabotage the agreement and leave the rest of the prisoners to their fate."
Smotrich on Friday said he was convinced that (Israel) would return to war in Gaza after the end of the first stage of the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement.
Smotrich described the agreement as "catastrophic and dangerous to Israeli security," expressing his conviction "that (Israel) will return to war after the end of the first stage at the beginning of next March."
The families of the prisoners indicated at the conference that they were happy about the release of a number of prisoners in the first stage of the deal, but that they were "left in captivity for a long time due to irresponsible political calculations."
The families of the Israeli prisoners said "there are still 79 prisoners in captivity, waiting to be rescued now."
