A workshop on studying the reality of work and developing a strategic plan for future operations began on Sunday at the 22nd of May Club in the capital Sana'a.
The workshop, attended by members of the club's board of directors, aims to enhance performance by analyzing current challenges, setting goals, and developing strategies for improvement across all sports, cultural, and social activities.
Head of the club's management committee Ali al-Saqqaf emphasized the importance of collaborative work and strategic planning to achieve excellence.
The workshop included presentations by club officials, including Assistant Secretary-General Dr. Alawi al-Sharfi, who discussed the club's vision, mission, current situation, and goal-setting strategies.
Dr. Bashir Mufreh presented on strategies, goals, and development plans in sports, cultural, and social aspects.
The workshop aims to equip the board of directors with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage the club and achieve its full potential.
