Hodeida - Saba:
The leadership of the local authority in Hodeida province and the Agricultural Cooperative Union handed over integrated furniture to 12 multi-purpose agricultural cooperative societies in the northern and eastern districts, funded by the Agricultural and Fisheries Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the province, under the supervision of the Bunyan Foundation.
During the handover, Hodeida Governor Abdullah Atifi stressed the keenness of the provincial leadership to encourage agricultural cooperative societies to expand their activities to serve development programs and support the government's efforts and programs to implement the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership to advance the agricultural sector.
The first deputy governor of the province, Ahmed al-Bishri, pointed out that agricultural production is the fruit of the efforts of cooperative societies, which requires attention to these societies and strengthening support for them in coordination with the Agricultural Cooperative Union.
Ali Al-Ghuli, Acting Executive Director of Bunyan Development Foundation, pointed out that the furniture comes as part of efforts to contribute to improving the level of performance of agricultural associations in Al-Hodeida.
For his part, the director of the financing unit in the province, Yahya Al-Wadaei, stressed the unit's keenness to support agricultural cooperative societies, whether by providing furniture and equipment, or in other aspects that serve the agricultural side.
