Speaker of the parliament Yahya al-Ra'i on Monday extended congratulatory messages to his counterparts on significant national occasions.
He sent a cable to Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Speaker of the Shura Council of Iran, marking the 46th anniversary of the Iranian Islamic Revolution.
Additionally, al-Ra'i conveyed his congratulations to Fukushiro Nohkaga, Speaker of the Japanese House of Representatives, on the anniversary of Japan's Founding Day.
