The Yemeni Organization for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control continues to conduct field visits to industrial facilities in various governorates, to improve the quality of products and ensure their compliance with approved standard specifications. The current phase includes Hajjah Governorate, where the organization seeks to address the challenges facing factories in coordination with local authorities.
The Director of the Organization’s branch in Hajjah, Eng. Ali Al-Hajjaji confirmed that these visits aim to complete technical procedures and provide the necessary support to improve the quality of local production. He also referred to plans to enhance consumer safety, calling on citizens to report uncontrolled products via the toll-free number 8001222.
