Gaza - Saba:
The head of the International Committee to Support the Rights of the Palestinian People "Hashd", Salah Abdul-Ati, condemned the Israeli occupation's postponement of the release of Palestinian prisoners within the seventh batch of the first phase of the "Flood of the Free" deal
Abdul-Ati told the "Shehab" news agency that the postponement of the release of the seventh batch comes within the framework of the occupation's procrastination in implementing its obligations. It also comes in the context of internal Israeli differences between the families of prisoners and the opposition that wants to complete the deal, and between the head of the occupation government, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the fascist religious right-wing movement.
He added that what the occupation is doing is a "serious violation and psychological terrorism against the families of prisoners," stressing the need for mediators to intervene to ensure the release of the seventh batch. Abdul-Ati urged mediators to take serious action to ensure the completion of the deal, which would lead to the release of the largest possible number of Palestinian prisoners and end their suffering.
