Occupied Quds - Saba:
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor called on the international community, on Tuesday, to exert effective pressure on "Israel" to end its military operation in the northern occupied West Bank, return the displaced residents, and stop the policy of destruction and displacement.
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor described the destruction of refugee camps in the West Bank and the displacement of their residents as a dangerous chapter in the ongoing catastrophe of the Palestinian people. It also considered the "Israeli" military control over three camps in the north and preventing the return of residents as a dangerous escalation of the crimes of apartheid and forced displacement.
The Observatory confirmed that the announcement by the "Israeli" Minister of War to expel about 40,000 Palestinian refugees from the camps constitutes an attempt to impose a new reality in which it is difficult for these refugees to return. It stressed that the systematic destruction of these camps constitutes a war crime and crimes against humanity.
The observatory also pointed out that the deployment of tanks and heavy machinery in those areas is not in line with any security necessity, but rather comes within the framework of consolidating Israeli military control, warning that "Israel" may seek to impose a new fait accompli in the areas under the control of the Palestinian Authority.
