Damascus – SABA:
Informed sources have confirmed that the number of massacres committed by extremist groups against Alawite civilians in Syria over the past three days has exceeded 40 massacres.
According to sources quoted by Al-Ma'louma News, "The total number of massacres documented in nine Syrian cities over the past 72 hours has surpassed 40, with over 1,200 victims, most of whom are women, children, and the elderly."
The sources further stated that a significant number of those executed by Julani's gangs were slaughtered by beheading, burned, or had their bodies mutilated, adding that between 13 and 16 villages witnessed the complete extermination of their male populations.
They emphasized that "what happened in Alawite villages and towns constitutes genocide and a war crime," highlighting that the massacres are ongoing, with another attack documented in a village near Latakia, where more than 20 Alawite civilians were killed.
The sources also criticized the international silence from the United Nations and humanitarian organizations, describing it as a double standard in dealing with humanitarian crises.
It is worth noting that for the past three days, extremist groups in Syria have been attacking Alawite cities, towns, and villages, committing horrific massacres against thousands of families.
