Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning expects clear, but cool, weather in the highlands and partly cloudy in the coastal areas.
The center explained in its weather bulletin, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the weather will be clear and relatively cool during the night and early morning, and clear to partly cloudy during the day, with low clouds accompanied by light rain in scattered areas of the western highlands of the governorates of Sa'dah, Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Amran, Sana'a, and Dhamar, during the afternoon and evening.
He indicated that fog or water mist is expected to form on the mountain roads of the governorates of Saada, Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Ibb, and Raymah.
The center reported that the weather will be partly cloudy, with active to strong winds reaching maximum speeds of 30 knots on the western coasts and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab. During the day, the weather will be clear and relatively hot. Winds will be moderate, sometimes active, leading to dust and sand storms in the desert areas.
The center warned seagoers and fishermen south of the western coast and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab of rough seas and high waves.
It warned drivers on mountain roads of reduced horizontal visibility due to fog or mist.
